My favorite line : "It' gone triple platnum, in parts of the Philipeans, not so much in the U.S." GOD, what a killer line! Kind of Spinal Tapish in it's own way. LOVE this band. In high school in '86 they would have fit right in.

@frtknokr the closer your fingers are, the less they have to move to hit other notes, it helps with speed and stuff. It also helps mute the other strings so they don't ring out unintentionally. It relates to what he says about playing the riff on 1 string vs 2, just faster, but yeah, it doesn't really help see what they're playing.
@haydendraycott78978 жыл бұрын
Wow Satchel you feel that down picking only is harder than alternate? I find it's usually the opposite with me...
@kamcosmic8 жыл бұрын
playing a fast riff with only downpicks is alot harder than just going up down up down imo. (assuming you can alternate pick to begin with)

"It's like a classic metal, song and riff AND solo in parts of the Philippines..." So funny. Steel Panther is what the music industry has needed. Here are four very talented musicians, putting out great music and not taking themselves too seriously. They are having fun and many are having fun with them. I can't wait to see them in Vegas next month!!!
