Saw them for the 1st time at the old 4th & B (R.I.P.) in downtown San Diego, Ca, USA in the wonderful Gaslamp Quarter in March, 2006. What a magical performance. Incredible stage presence, especially David Hines and Selwyn. Unreal. Ridiculous one by one curtain call at the end. 20 minutes in, you could barely see them because of the sweet herb smoke. SD was lax, and didn't trip on smoking unless you acted like a dum dum. So much fun that night. On a date with a then co-worker, and it was her first reggae concert. Boy did they set the bar high for her.
