This is a steel scrap charging crane electromagnet produced by Kinocranes and sent to Bangladesh. This is a product test before shipment
Considerations for Selection
1. When the temperature of the suction material is lower than 100℃, please use the normal temperature type lifting electromagnet; if the temperature exceeds 100℃, please use the high temperature type lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 600℃, please use ultra-high temperature lifting electromagnet.
2. Please use high-frequency lifting electromagnet when the energization duration exceeds 60%.
3. When sucking and lifting materials in the water, please use the diving type (the diving depth is not more than 100m). The parameters of the submersible lifting electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. If the user needs a diving type, please specify when ordering.
4. Ambient temperature: normal temperature type -5℃~40℃, high temperature type -5℃~50℃. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
5. Equipment matching: When using a single unit, choose the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current); when using multiple units, choose the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units in combination.
