Thank you for another wonderful game upload. Jarvis Redwine--one of my favorite Nebraska I-back names; along with I.M. Hipp and Thunder Collins.

I forget that until pretty recently, a lot of college QBs couldn't throw it into the ocean if they were standing in a rowboat. It's a real throwback to watch option QBs have a wide open receiver and chuck it into the turf 3 yards short of him.

Husker fan here, and thanks for the upload. Michael Haddix is another perk in this video for MSU, and not the favorite name to bring up to Philadelphia Eagles fans.

Todd Brown on the Split-end option pitch! What an awesome play. I did not remember that. Todd was a great receiver for Nebraska and played in the Canadian football league. Dangerous runner and return man. Had a long career up north. He almost ran into the offensive tackle. I always thought that Jeff Quinn was one of the most underrated Husker Quarterbacks. Probably because like Gerry Gdowski and Keithn McCant all 3 only started their Senior seasons. McCant should have been at least a two year starter.

I always thought that these regular Pro Football announcers working College game broadcasts just didn't work very well.

Man, Nebraska could not run the ball in this game. # really good backs in Redwine, Johnson and Craig and nobody broke lose. Only runner having success was Full-Back Andrea Franklin, and Todd Brown on that gadget play.

It's funny how many times Osborne defeated sec teams in bowls considering his later rep for not being able to beat southern teams. Only Miami and FSU consistently beat the huskers in bowls, but they beat everyone in those days
