I don't get it either. That would be 4 under 25 WRs for a team that wants to run the ball often. How often do they even do 4 WR? Not often enough to get a WR in the 1st round. 3rd/4th round fine, but not 1st. DL is a way bigger need and the RB depth chart is nil.

@ I agree and no issues filling up the offense, but not at the expense of the DL, which should be the only drafted defensive position. DL/RB are 1/2 depending on Warren/Harris. Thankfully both are very deep. What's the dropoff from round 1 to round 2 in both positions and go from there. WR is a need, but the Steelers do pretty well in the middle of the draft, plus they are a run first team. OG is a need as well. None of that matters though with predictable play calling and bad QB play.

EE. I dont see how this is a choice. Emeka is an elite route runner and has the drive. He thrives in ALL ASPECTS of the game, not just being a big play threat. We have a field stretcher in GP, we have a speedster in Austin and Wilson who are both smaller bodied. What we dont have is an elite route runner. Add in Egbuka's blocking and it's a no brainer. If the Bengals snag Emeka before 21 (thinking due to Higgins possibly leaving) then Golden isnt a bad concession. I like Shavon Revel Jr in the 2nd for the 2nd CB. I like the combo of Porter, Revel Jr, Trice, and Bishop. We would be set for half a decade or more at CB but we NEED a WR and this season made that abundantly obvious

Drafting a 5 tech is one of the dumbest things I have heard in recent weeks. The Steelers need to draft a LEGIT NOSE TACKLE but not with the first or second round. They can FINALLY slide Benton to the 5 tech and eliminate Okanjobi. In the first round they need to get a stud WR or DB and 2nd round what they didn't get in the first. SKILL PLAYERS need to be drafted at top of the draft you can always find serviceable linemen in the latter parts of the draft.
