This is what being unsaid about this situation the 49ers messed up see had they went on and paid him the $26 million they offered in the beginning before the other receivers got paid, They wouldn’t have this problem, but they waited and when those other receivers got paid that drove the market up Now when they go back to him with that same 26 and he’s telling them no which he’s perfectly in his right to say that. Not only that they made Christian McCaffrey the highest paid running back in the league when they didn’t have to, instead of paying Brandon Despite the 49ers having all the leverage, they really don’t, Brandon has them in a chokehold because what’s going to happen is if they bully him and say we’re not paying you and you’re staying on our team he’s going to do exactly what Jaylen Ramsey did he’s going to start the season so he gets paid and then out of nowhere he’s gonna have a back problem and he’s gonna miss games all season long And it’s just not worth dealing with pay the man or trade him. Now, TJ Houshmandzadeh has said that Aiyuk told him that he doesn't want to leave SF. Pittsburgh apparently wants this trade bad and the 49ers don't need to make anything happen. If we don't have a third team involved by the weekend and a deal done, I see Aiyuk staying put in SF and getting a 28 million a year deal.
