Russ, Stafford, and Rodgers are the only QBs the Steelers should be interested in. Russ is the only realistic option. We should give him a two year deal. You can't sign a QB that hasn't proven anything in the NFL. And if you say fields was good enough to give a chance, your insane. Fields had 5 passing TDS in 6 games. That's not proving anything but how bad you are. In his 4th year and that's the best he can do? Nah.

He had 10 total TDs (5 pass 5 rush) in 6 games : 1.67 TDs per game. RW had 18 total TDs (16 pass 2 rush) in 11 games : 1.64 TDs per game. Russ also had a pick six. Who did better? 😅

@theopportunityforgaming_yt I would rather have a QB that can read a defense and throw touchdowns because he is an NFL QB. I don't want garbage mobile QBs that can't read a defense or throw accurate passes. Running QBs that can't throw are 1 dimensional. This isn't college where you can get away with. You have to be a threat to throw first and foremost. Mobility is a bonus on top, not a primary skill for professional QBs.

@ Russell Wilson threw an INT on a simple boot route. Couldn’t read where Reid was costing us a TD and can’t protect the Football. I would prefer the QB who kept the ball safe while throwing. Which might actually say he is reading the defense
