The game (and the Seahawks' first few home games of the '94 season) was moved to Husky Stadium due to falling ceiling tiles at the Kingdome necessitating a shutdown for repairs. The University of Washington was already using the stadium for a freshman convocation earlier that day, hence the weird start time.
