PA stocks like 1M smolts for about half dozen small streams. They just load it up far more than NW fish managers. They're non-native and can't spawn in the streams, so just managed as a put and take recreational fishery.

I just moved to Erie this year at the end of August. I also went to the University here years ago, but I was not fishing back then. I caught my first Steelhead a few weeks ago, and it was amazing! Before that the largest fish I ever caught was a Largemouth that was about 9 inches. This movie is fantastic, and it was super cool seeing some places that I recognize here! I love your videos, and I appreciate all the things I have learned from watching them.

This was such a great movie guys, WELL FRICKING DONE!!!!🔥🔥🔥🐟🐟🐟 So cool you were fishing on the US side of the Niagara River where I've been fishing off and on for the last 25yrs on the Canadian side in Queenston And Niagara On The Lake. I've also fished the Whirlpool and the shoreline just downstream of it hundreds of times, almost always a good day there. It can be very treacherous though, people have died fishing here because the current is so strong in places, you DEFINITELY don't want to slip and fall in. Glad you all had a safe experience. Well except for Poor Old POPOV, LOL😂😂😂😂DAMN that pee the bed prank was so funny, well not for him. It's OK POPOV, it's ONLY some warm tap water. 😂😂😂

Yea erie has a large steelhead pop compared to ontario it seems but ontario has bigger fish. I've had plenty of 50+ hookup days in ontario tribs with my biggest around 17 lbs. Lost some bigger fish to. Pushing 20. Caught a 22 lb brown out of a ontario trib back prob 8 years ago. it's all timing and knowing the riverbed
