All depends on weather really but typically April in a cut off I mean you’ll still find some but that’s about the end. Then they come back in September is the start depending on rain and how the creeks are flowing. But I’ve chased steelhead from September to April. My favorite is winter time cause less people on the streams.

Maybe? It’s hard to say with no rain and warm weather on the way you’ll probably still find a few fish hanging around but not many.
