If anybody isn't sure, the other guy is Kenny Kanowski. He is my step dad and is now in a band called Chillin' Sun. He was with Steel Heart through the early ninetys and after that was in bands like Zillion and a local Callifornia band called Bad Penny. Now he is in a band called Chillin' Sun and they ROCK! They have albums on itunes and a ton of AWESOME originals! You should check them out! Oh and just fyi he is Polish, not Jewish.

I just came across this (Austin probably hasn't been on this account in quite a while, this comment was posted 7 years ago so I'll reply for him). The warm thoughts are greatly appreciated, I know this loss has been hard on not only us but many other people as well. I'm sorry but Kenny doesn't have an actual gravesite, he was cremated and his ashes were separated among us, the majority in a (beautiful) urn that is in my mom's possession. We've been spreading the ashes in places he loved being, knowing he loved to travel and expand.

Me too...I knew Kenny since 87'. He was a good friend and so young when he passed. I just wish I knew where he is at rest so I can pay my respects. God my heart aches not only for Kenny but for all the other friends and familie members we lost in such a short time. That's where the song We All Die Young came from. Mili or Mike didn't write it. It was Kenny and his childhood friend and bass player it wrote it and recorded it. Listen to the bass on these album and you can hear that it's a four finger bass player. He also could play any instrument you put in front of him. He had a gift...so did Kenny with his guitar and his amazing voice that he was so phobic about...💔

@songsbyjason My career was spent as a drummer but before that i played piano then a Hammond B3 Organ then 6 & 12 string guitar and i found the 12 string easier to play and it had a sweet sound to it. I set my place rock solid as drums by 13. This song is awesome! Mili is one hell of a vocalist. Mili and this dude compliment each other perfectly!

The other dude is Kenny Kanowski. He actually had a better voice than the lead singer here. Unfortunately Kenny was extremely shy about his voice. It took him years before he was comfortable being front and playing lead guitar.

Mike is singing lead, Kenny Kanowski is singing WITH and doing the high notes. Kenny's voice is well controlled. Kenny can harmonize with anyone. Kenny makes Mike's singing sound so much better if it were just Mike up there. If you watch and listen you will see what I mean.

That's Kenny Kanowski. In real life he could actually sing better the guy singing lead here. If you watch closely to all of the videos sometimes you will catch the camera get Kenny when he is singing a very high and smooth note!

i miss the old steelheart days when mili had long hair i dont wanna sound pessimestic but the third album wasnt that popular same with the 4th plus i watch milis perfomances now and theyre not the same back in the day idk if hes just gettin old or if its cuz of the accident but they steelheart never quite sounded the same after the accident
