I'm not the biggest movie geek in the world, but I have a cool collection and I've been enjoying movies since the 70s..... If I haven't seen a movie, I've at least heard about it. I just found out about this movie just before Christmas 2023. How did I miss this one????? This flick instantly became one of my all time favorites!

The movie was released in 2001 and is based on Tim "Ripper" Owens, the lead vocals in a Judas Priest Trubute Band. Owens was chosen as lead vocals of JP after Rob Halford left the band.

Yes, but de voice behind of criss "izzy" cole on the movie is miljenko of steelheart, the name of "steel dragon" make some reference to this, and for all this reason the band play this songs on his concerts. By the way, the original version of the song "We all die young" was writed by miljenko and you can hear on "wait" album of steelheart.

Sorry y'all, but this is not a Steelheart album. The only person even related to Steelheart is the singer and he doesn't even sing on all the songs in the movie (Jeff Scott Soto sang "Bobby Beers" songs). The band is made up of musicians from other bands like Zakk Wylde, Jeff Pilson, and Jason Bonham - none of which were in Steelheart. Great songs, but not Steelheart.
