When rolling sextants I usually block the other 3 with mods like shrine or inc any elemental damage to get the good stuff

@Google_HQ there's barrels also, of which there are 5 variants (they all have the same name btu they are different mods 4*250+50 weighting so 1050 total) so it's worth blocking those, shrines and one ele mod.

When you zone in you can manually press flasks to start them up. don't wait for the server tick. You still have the same uptime afterwards if you do use when full.

You can just take well spring of creation atlas keystone causes monsters to deal 25% less damage but more life. Since damage isn't the issue for you the less damage taken should be great!
