Have had to exercise extreme patience waiting for this one! Watching your trip out to Steep Point has increased my confidence for when we're headed up there later this year. In the (so called) good old days, we didn't have diff locks when headed into spots like this - but then we weren't towing a camper. All the same, you know what you're doing, your gear choice and tyre pressure was spot on, so not surprised you made it look easy. You fish like I do :) Looks great and I can't wait to get out there. Thanks. PS - I bought a valve adaptor that fits on the SUP and uses your 12v compressor. Makes inflating the darn things easy.

We were just so worries about not being able to get out to paradise, it was the BEST holiday! Thanks for tge tip going to check that out now. Thanks mate!!

You’ve seriously got to stop with showing us this gorgeous country especially Steep Point / Shark Bay area. For many of years Cam and I called this our own as we wouldn’t see a single person for weeks on end until unfortunately people wrecked it all for us and now those two stations have come to a end which breaks our hearts into pieces 💔 This place simply makes our hearts skip a beat and after watching another of your AMAZING 🤩 videos that you produce we can’t wait to get back there and enjoy to continue catching the pinkies like we used to by the bucket full (not rubbing it in at all Craig 🤭) This time we are looking at finally putting the new rig (we’ve christened now) on the barge to Dirk Hartog Island, something we have had on our bucket lists for so long. Your footage made us really appreciate how special this piece is 😍 Thankyou once again for bringing us along on your trip 😊

Great vid as usual ! We did a day trip out there to check it all out. We didn’t take the camper out there as there was no way we could carry enough momentum to get up that long soft climb due to all the wombat holes others had left. That spot is exactly where we went 😂 I had a good spearfishing session around that little island off the point next to you. Does the centre diff lock stop flashing if you turn the car off and back on again once the transmission is up to temp ? That’s how I clear ours, I also try to use it at least every few weeks to move the contacts. The contacts in the unit itself need a wipe and clean. There is a few vids on how to do it out there and I’ll give it a go one day 😂😂. Safe travels guys !!

Thanks mate! Yeah those wombat holes can be a bit of a killer hey! Hope you enjoyed your day out there, it is so beautiful isn't it. I got my CDL going by pushing the button and driving forward and backward left and right on the steering wheel zig zagging. Went clunk and has worked ever since. There is the top and lower actuator the top is the CDL you can try while in park with the ignition on and the CDL pushed giving it a tap as they get stuck on the contact plate in there.

Hey Phil, thanks mate! That would be an awesome trip, such beautiful landscape through there. If you have the space I would recommend the larger ones, but you do need to take into account they weigh more so that maybe a factor depending on your weight limits. Thanks for watching, safe travels!
