The back up singing is what bands don't do now days. It's a super high standard to play a Beatle song. The lead singer uses vibrato in her singing. The Beatles never did that. Add vibrato and the song immediately suffers.

@@michaelblankenau6598 It's a fact I didn't know back in 2001. I was in a Beatle Tribute band and no matter how hard I tried, the singing ended up sounding like this. The guitar player said, "I know why this is vocally off." I said , why?" He said take the vibrato out and it will sound much closer to the record. I said, ok. It was awkward to sing without vibrato, but I learned how. The guitar player explained to me that the Beatles just didn't use it. I didn't know as an American how to sing without vibrato. Everytime I practices on not using it, the song sounded much better and like the record. So, it is a fact that I did not discover on my own. It had to be shown to me. It is hiding in plain sight.
