I don't ever remember the bills being "garbage". I remember them having some down years, but even if you go back to the Phil Simms days they were always going to the Super Bowl, yes they were losing it. But they were going to the Super Bowl garbage teams don't go to the Super Bowl. Then after that they had a long stretch of not being Super Bowl contenders but they were not garbage. When they had LeSean McCoy, and Terrell Owens, I don't really think they were a garbage team then I think coaching had an issue because there was a lot of old-school thinking with new school players. But I could be wrong. I just don't ever consider Buffalo being a garbage team.

I did but in the afc championship against the Chiefs, he got sacked and when the player was getting up, Allen threw the football at his face. Ever since then i didnt really care for him.

Realistically, I don't think you can hate Josh Allen but the media does a really good job at making you dislike him. They say things like "we've never seen anything like this before", or he's the greatest quarterback in the NFL today". I'm not a big fan of gaslighting, so when they say things like we've never seen anything like this before it annoys me because we see stuff like this all the time. Quarterbacks with big arms that run the ball usually are spoken about very differently. We've had a scrambling quarterbacks in the past like Steve Young. And he was spoken about favorably. But then you had quarterbacks like Randall Cunningham that was spoken about very negatively about his running. They change the way of speaking from scrambling to running. Then Michael Vick came out and electrified the quarterback position. But the narrative at that point was quarterbacks shouldn't run, and they can't do it with their arms even if they throw for 400 yards in the game and rush for 100. It just doesn't make sense. Then we see Patrick Mahomes lose against Tom Brady without touching the ball in overtime, and there was no support for Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes when they wanted to change the rule. They were told to grow up this is football. Then Josh Allen loses to Patrick Mahomes in overtime without touching the ball and there was tremendous support for changing the rule for overtime. Then we have Patrick Mahomes beating him head to head and every stat when they play against each other. But they say Josh is a better quarterback. Patrick Mahomes beats the bills who has a much better defense, and Josh Allen has to throw against one of the worst secondaries in the NFL when he plays against the Chiefs and still loses by time in and time out the Chiefs are underdogs to the Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen. Even though the playoffs have to go through Kansas City every year. And Patrick Mahomes goes to the Super Bowl, when is the MVP, and goes to the AFC championship multiple times. Josh Allen has none of these accolades but he's better. This is what makes people dislike him because I could be watching a game that has nothing to do with the bills and the announcers have to bring up Josh Allen. It's like they're trying to keep his name in the conversation for MVP. Even though he's having an MVP caliber year, I promise you if they lose to the Chiefs, it means absolutely nothing Josh Allen is still the greatest quarterback to ever live. But if Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs lose, they're gonna be the worst team ever with the worst quarterback ever. This is why people don't like Josh Allen. And the worst part about it is it has absolutely nothing to do with him, it's the media.

There went my reading for the day. I too get annoyed by the media and that’s why I’m glad we lost to Miami. Could you imagine the headlines going into this game if the Bills were 5-0… just added pressure and stats to fuel KC’s resolve. Also glad KC beat the Raiders so there wasn’t much bad media on their side during their short week.
