It would be great to see a video about your experience with Crohn's impacting your social life and love life and relationships if you would feel comfortable. Or maybe one about how it impacts your work life. These are some of my main concerns.

Been on Stelara for 2 years for the same reason. I have virtually the same experience as you... no side effects (just some minor fatigue following the injection) I also notice around the 7-week mark that I become slightly more queasy than usual, so I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that way, but, it's such a minor discomfort compared to my previous flare-ups that it's practically negligible. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much! My son is currently at the beginning of being possibly diagnosed and his doctor already thinks of putting him on Humira but there are serious side effects like triggering cancer. I haven’t heard of Stelara since now. I’ll mention to the doctor. ❤Thank u so much for helping us going thru this.

Great channel on living with Crohns. Also some very good looking videos? Curious what camera you use? How to you color grade/post-process?

Thanks very much!! Hahah so glad you noticed. I used a Cineprint16 film emulator and I’ve shot this on a BMCC 6K with a diffusion filter :)

Thank you for making this. It's a possibility our 9 year old will swap from Infiliximab to this so I'm trying to learn as much as I can in case.

My mom came over from USA to Canada. She is a nurse. They changed the needle. it has a cover over the needle that does not come off. She couldn't figure out how to administer it. We went to the drug store and asked the pharmacist. He couldn't figure it out. How do you get the needle to work/ to administer the Stelara. We read the instructions nothing. The needle end had a hard plastic end on it.Inside the hard plastic cover is a spring. The needle is inside the spring and covered up. NO matter what we tried we could not get the Stelara to come out of the needle. HELP

That sounds like the needle had already been used? It retracts into the body and locks once the medication has been dispensed.

I was getting an abscess before the medication so don't think it comes from the medication
