Shay wasn't the only one he loved that much he also loved Anna that much ❤ incase you forgot kelly donated his Bone Marrow to Anna Back on season 5 even though kelly was injured somewhat bad after he fell out of the 2 story window at the time he still went through a tough surgery without Getting anesthesia to put him asleep because the doctors couldn't give it to him because of his bruised spine & concussion injuries 😑 So yes to go through the pain he did To donate his bone Marrow to Anna to try to help save her life was definitely caring & COURAGEOUS! but that's KELLY SEVERIDE all the way 🥰💖

@@misst.hackley2937 to me Anna was a rescue crush , he was interested in Stella before she came to 51 , he broke into her house when she was married to Grant and after she came to 51 he continued to be with her , saved her from her ex husband trying to kill her, and when she broke up with him , he looked like he was crushed. He was in love with her but just didn't know it until Casey told him that feeling wasn't going away just because he didn't want it to be there. That's when he knew he was in love with Stella. Also when he was with Anna , Stella was the one he went to with everything , he knew she would be there for him, even when she went out with Zach , Kelly sat on the couch waiting for her to come home and this was before Casey reminded him of the feelings , it was always Stella and never Anna . Anna was a rescue crush and Kelly being the being the giving person he is , he helped her and he was lonely and he mistook it for love . It has always been Stella

But my opinion is different because shay was his Best friend And as far as I'm concerned Anna was Kelly's first real love and then Stella was and maybe you like him & Stella together the Best and that Anna wasn't nothing but a rescue crush to you that's fine that's how you feel. But that doesn't mean I have to agree with you or feel the same way and I don't Because I really liked him & Anna together because as far as I'm concerned she was his first love way before him & Stella ever started dating & as I said thats fine that's your options Just like I have my opinions ok 👍 PEACE we can agree to disagree if that's OK with you!
