@@jamolasalut6931 @STAN BTS I do that 'shadowing' too. I get alot more confident when ı talk to myself. At first ı start to talk english by few subjects. Now ı mostly talk english when ı am alone. İf ı'm out words, ı try to recreate sentence if ı can't ı go and look for that word. You can try it in shower , or while cooking etc. Speaking like you're in a vlog might help too. Or define something to imaginary person. I hope ı could give you an idea:)

she explained it in a previous video, but she basically watches someone speak english e.g. in a youtube video, and repeats everything they do and say like a shadow (including things like gestures and intonation). really good idea to learn how to speak a new language :)
