As for me, this is a buy the moment it's out on PC as long as it gets reasonably positive feedback on Steam. A game that has been pretty transparent about its development and even put up a very well received demo of which the save data carries over to the main game is as safe as you can get. AKA not Cyberpunk that delayed the date 10 times over and did their best to control the minimal reviews that were even sent out.
