Stellar Blade - This is SPEED the Fastest Most Destructive build in Stellar Blade Destroys Hard mode

So Speed is king in Stellar Blade. Or should I say queen. This build is insanely fast and can take out some of the toughest bosses on Hard mode. It will take a lot of practice and some skill but once you master this high pace fighting style you can never go back. The Destructive power of the build surprised me against bosses like Abaddon and Raven.

I just put Speed Increase Gear into all 4 slots and rush through enemies. Very fun slashing & comboing so fast like a kung fu martial artist.

This is the build I’ve been running since day 1. Some things to note though 1. The max attack speed with over drive boost is 160%, so with just attack speed 3 mk 2 and over drive you get to 159.4% or something so I don’t find two attack speed gears that useful if you want to remain in overdrive 2. I’m most sure if the burst exospine increases the attack damage in overdrive. With and without the exospine, over drive gives the same attack power but idk how the calculation with the burst exospine works 3. Weaving in beta charge combo finishers is huge to disrupt enemies and going for level 4 combos charges both beta and burst with the exospine so you can loop it forever on some bosses like Goliath 4. The 2 star mk2 is faster than 3 star attack speed

RE #2: Yeah, I don't think Burst trance "Increase Burst Skill Attack Power by 45%" affects the attack power gain from Overdrive. That would be WAY OP. 45% attack power for all sword damage? That's higher than the best double edged, without the drawback. I think it just refers to the attack power of the direct-damaging burst skills. Also, I don't see burst expansion gear as that useful here. I mean, you're not really letting your burst build up much at all, using it pretty much as soon as you get it. That gear just gives you 3 extra empty burst squares if you aren't going to fill them all. Same goes for the first affect of the exospine. Really, unless you're doing a lot of level 4 combos, as strange as it may seem, burst trance may not be the best choice here. Now, if you ARE doing a lot of level 4 combos, then yes, it's definitely useful. As mentioned in #1 also, there is a max attack speed you can hit pretty easily. I would consider dropping one of the attack speed and the burst expansion, and put in a couple of double edged. Also, depending on how often you use level 4 combos, you might consider swapping burst trance for suppression.

Ima try this build out tonight! Haven't went into the speed side of thangs yet. Need to try out that overdrive, i forgot about that ability! One I haven't seen people talk about much is a ranged/gear build I find it to be pretty fun just beat hard mode raven with it! Its the eagle exospine with grenadier exospine, double edged (affects ranged too), two ranged dmg up, and the shield dmg boost. I use stingers to shred shield off then lay mines while they come to me and blast with shotgun. If you can land all the pellets it chunks out bosses!

you can also hold the last button of your combo to gain burst as well. That with the fact that level 4 combos give you 75 burst points will have you racking them up in seconds

It honestly pisses me off sometimes because a lot of the big content creators you see only release No Damage/ Limited Beta-Burst gameplay and it's so annoying because not everybody has the reflexes to parry/ dodge and time to memorize move sets like that. I'd rather just shred through an enemy and be OP since I put the time in with all these playthroughs lol

From what I’ve been experimenting, 2-star MK2 gear is actually better than 3-star base gear in most cases, so you could def squeeze even more speed out. Currently running a 4-slot Double Edge build because I’m a glass-cannon masochist and it turns Hard mode into a horrific threat on my sanity where I actually need to use Pumps. Love these build videos you’ve been making. It’s crazy how much variety they’ve built in.

Your r1+x ability(forget what it’s called) increases attack and speed as well. Keeping that buff up will get you moving faster

I think if i could make one recommendation, I'd swap the burst expansion gear for a burst charge gear if you already have the burst exospine maxed out. The extra burst slots you get from the spine are more than enough while building burst during a fight and regular traversal. The only exception might be if you're farming burst energy before a boss fight in story mode to start the fight with a ridiculous amount of energy to end the fight quickly.

I usually use 3 double gear it’s basically a two shot build you have to know the fight extremely well because all boss with any move can take you out instantly if you mess up but that with suppression and beta really kill a lot faster. 4 double edge gear is a one shot tho if you don’t play perfect it’s more headache then anything else

I do like the speed build but if you really want to troll just overdrive then spam Tachy tornado screw move on the enemy and the shield sinks insanely fast.

Beta focused exo-spine nodes worked amazing for me. My 1st NG+ bosses were taken down in record time. I took Raven down in 48 seconds.

I’ve been using max atk speed (1, 2, 3 stars mk2 and 3 stars mk1) on basic enemies for fun for so long that I got so used to it that anything lower is way too slow for me now haha. Only time I would lower my speed is if I wanted to just use a pure beta / burst charge build. But it’s cool seeing how people mix up the gears. I do wish there were more interesting gears and spines to choose from though. Burst Expansion is nice, you can have more burst bar than a maxed out beta bar. I wonder if it’s better to use that vs burst charge.

You have been playing the game like a madman and I love it… the speed on this thing is insane!!! My dexterity ain’t that high to hit alll my combos without messing up! But damn bro this build is nice! It’s got to be one of my favorites And yeah I have been testing that as well with burst trance you will be able to spam the abilities so much that it doesn’t matter to much about how much burst bar you have but having more means you can continually pop over drive more often

Bruh, the is my exact build I rock through NG+ and I will attest to the slaying power. Sometimes I'd swap the burst gear for a DoubleEdge or additional Combo gear. But it essentially was my swap slot. Also, haven't seen anyone say this but if you throw on EagleEye spine and reup your amo and then swap the spine back to the combo spine or whatever youre using. Dont use the burst slot cause you will purge any bonus burst energy as soon as you take it off. But doing this, you keep all the over-the-limit amo you just bought. Not too crazy of an overlimit increase but enough to miss it when you forget to max load. Typically I do it for new areas and bosses. If this is old news, then sweet.

Whats your opinion about the reflex perk that makes it easier to dodge or parry?

That’s an awesome question. It’s valuable only in the beginning stages or when your want to learn a fight and what comes next. If you want to master the game you have to stay away from it because you would be better off using those exospine slots with a more valuable exospine in the later stages of the game. But if you want to learn a fight and not be stressed to much about parrying then it does help. If your playing this game casually then using that or the protection type mk2 are amazing just relax and get through the game safely without worrying to much about insane parry windows. For me personally when I wanted to get better at the game I forced myself to play without that parry. Because once you learned the fight the timing will become muscle memory and you can have a lot more fun and kill things faster utilizing others gear and exospines.

I wasn’t sure if you meant the perk from the skill tree or the reflex exospine. To piggyback on MSensei’s comment the Reflex Exospine is basically just training wheels that take up a spine slot. If you want to do a “ pure attack speed no beta or burst skill” run it could be useful since you likely won’t be staggering the enemy. Meaning it WILL unleash every single attack at full capacity and your best defense would be to dodge or parry the breadth of the combos. Using the reflex spine will help you learn the boss moves without getting punished too hard. Once you really get used to it you can remove the training wheels and replace it with something of more utility. Or you can permanently use the reflex spine with a no active skill playstyle along with chain type and I think it would work pretty nicely. Otherwise… in most situations you can just stagger the enemy to death and dodge / parry could see limited use and if you go the dodge + reflect route you only need to know the first attack of the enemy’s combo since you can interrupt it.

Hey! I saw your responded to my comment on your Boss Ranking vid and I have an update! But before that, I have a question... HAVE YOU EVER USED TACHY MODE AT ALL?! I never ever see you use it in your videos my man 😭 I just like to spam L1 + Triangle and it takes out a bunch of damage while the game allows you to have an infinite health bar. It does run out quickly but also quickly recharges. If you see this pls consider using Tachy Mode in the future!! SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE THROUGH YOUR FIRST PLAYTHROUGH DON’T CONTINUE READING (or do...) Anyway, about the update I was gonna give you, I BEAT THE GAME! I chose the Making New Memories ending where you take Adam’s hand but Lily has Iberis’s hacking code so she escapes the exosuit before it goes crazy. Honestly, the ending was kind of disappointing, EVE takes Adam’s hand but I’m like, “Yeah I’ll just take his hand so we fuse together and I can see EVE in her nice outfit and I get to beat up Providence even though I know the fight is supposedly rlly hard but that’ll make it fun right?” AT THE POST CREDIT SCENE I THOUGHT OH HELL NAH MAN THAT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS! I think what I wanted was for EVE to not stay fused with Adam cuz um, ma’am, I don’t think you wanna be fused with the Elder Naytiba for the rest of your LIFE?!?! So maybe Adam would idk, separate from her and disappear completely into the air? But no, what happened was we left the Nest with Lily, Mother Sphere (WHO LOOKS LIKE A SMALL CHILD) talks to us, leaves saying “This concludes the EVE Protocol,” then sends Andro-Eidos to try to kill EVE, we go back to Xion and put in the fourth hyper cell (which Adam just randomly gave to us out of the floor like where the heck did that come from???) then a text appears saying, “Their journey continues.” UM NUH-UH THAT MADE NO SENSE AND IT JUST CUTS THERE! It don’t feel like a complete ending 😭 You had a video talking about how you thought there should be 4 endings, and I really agree with you bc the others probably also have a really abrupt stop to them that don’t lead to much or feel complete one I was just rambling about(sorry lol). Onto the bosses I fought, Raven and Providence, I think I did a surprisingly good job for my first time fighting them as an 11 year old girl looking for entertainment 🤡👌 It took me 2 tries to beat Raven somehow, on the first run my shield was instantly gone and I didn’t have time to understand the pattern of her attacks, however on the second run I remembered watching you parry the four hit combo and that helped me a LOT, thanks dude! Like, I said earlier, TACHY MODE HELPS ME!! I was spamming L1 + Triangle like there was no tomorrow brooooooo but that was actually the solution, I was able to use it twice while fighting her, again I have no idea how. Moving on to Providence, I technically beat it first try but Idk bc I used a WB Pump lol. What happened is I was on Phase 2 and was trying to perfect dodge the red bullets to I can punish with Triangles, but I missed the timing Andy I didn’t wanna get back to Phase 2 lol 😂 Again I’m surprised I did kinda good 👁👄👁

😎 your the coolest ever N3kohime im glad my videos help you. I use tachy mode when I wanna run through a boss or just finish something quickly. I never use it live on the channel tho. But yes I usually spam L1 O for the knock down and the destroy there health bar with whatever button I like to push next lol. It's too overpowered for me so I don't use it live. Plus I want to try and show the base way of fighting everything so you will always have the knowledge you need going in and tackle the game your way with that knowledge going in at your own pace in your own style. Yes the endings were extremely weak to me.. not gonna lie. the Mother sphere ending to me was just off. it felt like I was suppose to get more and I didnt. Taking Adams hand after everything we have been through throughout the entire story to me.. was a head scratcher. But we will have to see what happens moving forwarded. Im glad you decided to subscribe. You're one of the day ones. I always respond and im always reading comments. Hard mode new game we dont have any skills so of course not LMFAOOOO.. you dont even have burst which is the whole kit 🤣 how are you suppose to be speed if you dont have overdrive to get the speed in. Plus the MK2 versions of exospines etc. It's slaps on a new game + run However. People have been pushing speed builds since day one. and once you get use to it.. its sooooo hard to play other builds.. you noticed the speed difference instantly
