At 10:38, you mentioned that the construction of tower L, M, N and P should start by the end of 2026. I think you wanted to say "end of 2024", right??

We have mentioned that the delivery for the project should be happening before end of December 2026, as the project is getting constructed using pre cast technology.

NBCC is going to launch around 10000 flats around diwali so what is your view should I invets in stellor one phase 3 , where price starting from 1.3 Cr for 3BHK , after 3 years so many flats will be available so will it be a good investment for return.

I have one question anyone can help me out with that. We all know that mostly resale unit in any non delivered project is around 500-1000rs/sq.ft. less then the same unit provided by the developer. So if that unit will be delivered after 1-2 years then why people buy units from developers instead of resale, please elaborate, thanks.

1 floor 8 apartments 3 lift and flat cost starting around 1 Crore 55 Lac + 5 percent GST whete carpet area is around 1000 Square Feet. Assurance hai toh airf ghr milne ki. Construction quality bhi okish hai will be available in 2028 Doesn’t sounds me lucrative and attractive

Floor plans are not impressive. Construction quality has been normal if not bad in previous projects. Though its good project over all but There are much better options available in Gr Noida west in similar price range.
