whenever i can get around to playing stellaris, Stealing pops is Standard for me. some ships really sucks populations dry. I use stolen pops to fuel the empire, i also use pops that demands to join my empire as fuel as well. Wiping out populations, and the galaxy loves me for it.

Honestly: The Advantage of more food by the rift isn't that bad, it gives you more pops to work elsewhere and not on the farms. That's something.

I had a fun RP run, playing the Under One Rule origin, psionic ascension path and Becoming the Crisis. Took the Venerable trait. Made a deal with Eater of Worlds I had 2, 250+ year old psionic immortal leaders before the end came. The God King after subjugating the galaxy, took the war to the shroud.

Just jump back in stellaris currently using shipset mods of Treasure Planet and warhamm 40k and the star wars star forge mod. I am currently in the middle of a three-way war with the Terran Empire and Procyon Expanse and my Empire of Communal Party Clones the Geno Dominion. We all been fighting for the star forge in the rakata system where most of the fighting has been happening at.

Please try to complete this challenge: You need to become an overlord of your overlord in the origin "Imperial Fiefdom" before it disintegrates, if you do everything correctly, the disintegration script will not work at all. I didn't succeed, although I've been trying for a couple of years

I wonder if they'll change the number of origins, ascendant, and traditions we can choose from. Maybe in the galaxy creation screen. Just so many good ones it gets hard to choose. Also megacorp NEEDS to be able to revive leviathans what's going on, even my mods won't let me have it anymore...

I've never seen someone build Luxury Residences before, let alone on a planet that still has free districts left. Why not build more city districts and replace those two luxury residences with more science labs?

You only build luxury residences for pop efficieny. Rather than have a pop working a job producing ammenities. I can make them work a research job! After 2-3 luxury resiedences though I generally swap one into a holo-theatre and get an entertainer or two to free up the building slots for more research labs. TL:DR I had too few pops, not building slots. I was maximising total researchers!

Not quite. They are the "ancestors" of the Unbidden, Aberrant, and Vehement, and are the "people" who hold onto the Eternal Throne that the Unbidden crisis references often. It's essentially a "lore expansion" on who and what the Unbidden are. So the Formless would've/will/have already become the Unbidden, but are not them themselves

I'm disappointed you are still dependent on the crisis perk. If I ever design a challenge for you, I will force you to take and keep the xenophile ethic so you can't do that. I thought you said you weren't going to take an ascension perk? You did pick synthetic evolution.

You should cut the intro much shorter. Five minutes into the video and it hasn't even begun. Explaining each of the choices is unnecessary and could be condensed to only half the runtime. Consider compiling your feats, and simply saying what your empire is best at and pointing out the biggest strengths. Anybody who wants a detailed explanation can pause the video, when you hover over the perk in question. It's just very long winded. Compare that to 6:20, where it's nicely condensed as "strong economic course", short and to the point. Also, I'm really just happy that Sobak made it to live for eternity.

If you notice, we never synthetically ascended. We just got the bonuses to robots, no lifespan increases for Dominic!
