Stellaris: Utopia brings even greater depth and variety to a game already celebrated for its story-telling power and near endless possibilities. Are you ready for perfection?
One of the core improvements in Utopia is the introduction of Ascension Perks. As your species advances and gains new traditions, it can choose how it wants to evolve as it is further enlightened. You can choose between a biological path, a psionic path or a synthetic path, with various options within these broad categories. Body, Mind or Machine - how will your species challenge the future?
Utopia Also Includes:
Megastructures: Build wondrous structures in your systems including Dyson Spheres and ring worlds, bringing both prestige and major advantages to your race.
Habitat Stations: Build “tall” and establish space stations that will house more population, serving the role of planets in a small and confined empire.
Rights and Privileges: Set specific policies for which of the many species under your thumb will have the rights and privileges of full citizenship. Build an egalitarian paradise or follow a caste system.
And even more improvements and updates, including (as is traditional with all of our paid content releases) free updates for every Stellaris owner!

I think I had to completely beat up anyone of a decent size all the way to 100% several times in previous games. Boy was that aggravating.

There's a mod on the workshop i use called "Powerful & Realistic Orbital Bombardments". With it, basic bombardment can annex planets for you instantly when the fortifications reach 0 health(war-score doesn't matter), and light/full bombardment can destroy colonies entirely. That's made it much easier to take planets that i want, as well as making enemy invasions much more dangerous, since they tend to go straight for a planet, and large fleets can have it destroyed or annexed before your own fleets make it there to defend. As for the vanilla war-score system, it's completely backwards. A player or AI should build up their score first, and THEN set the conditions for a surrender or ceasefire depending on how the war is going.

Its so anoying to have a 100 year war while you have taken all planets from your war target by force, i really HATE that part of the game and i will not buy any more dlcs before you have fixed it.

this sounds realy cool. now we have to change the warscore system, maybe the option to change the ethics after start and other victorys. and it would be nice if i can see in detail what i have to change to go in a alliance. for example if there is a -50 for dont having the same bombardment rules, i dont know what rules my future ally want me to have. or is this still in the game and i dont see it?

You can change your ethics with the update, you choose to support a faction that has the ethics you want, and gradually, your empire will change, but it will cause unrest and other issues. Warscore has been partially fixed, they've added techs to make it less of a slog late-game. and target planets are worth more.

The outright global food they did seems a bit weird. It makes a lot more sense that completely local food but i think there should be an import/export system with an energy cost rather just a global food pool, considering the logistics needed to move enough food supplies to feed entire planets that are producing little to no food.

The only way to add different pops to your hivemind, so that they don't die you have to gene mod them. But for this you need the bioligical ascension path.

It's all well and good (very good indeed). But I really wish you added some covert warfare options. Like sending stealth ships deep into enemy territory or Dropping black ops teams to steal scientific information, kidnapping people to influence politics, sabotage everything or, hell, setting off some biological WMD and then annex suddenly depopulated planet, after playing it as some sort of natural disaster. Maybe some backroom politics options. Like getting planetary governor to surrnder his planet without a fight or funding some revolutionary faction. Also, what would work well with indocrination of primitives is sending agent down on planet but as a spy but some kind of messiah-genius who will accelerate rate of civilization progress.

Performance increase? Didnt read about that. With a 200k fleet and big enemys its often get "hang on" and slow down. My PC 4,4Ghz i7, highEnd grafic card, 16gb ram, win10, full SSD system.

I dont use any mods. Single world Sectors? Sounds like downgrading the game to 8bit just to get it fluid on the boring endgame. Yesterday i get around ~320k fleet and it heavy stutters on zoom. great for this low poly stuff to get this bad performance.

Both. Most of the big features like megastructures and ascension paths will be part of the paid DLC, while a lot of the rebalancing and small features will be included in a free patch for everybody regardless of the DLC they own.
