If you don't have stems you can copy the drum elements by using EQ. Put EQ spikes at the points you want to copy in the frequency, for example the Kick, then bounce to midi. Where ever the EQ spike is the midi will but at the highest volicity highlighting the midi that is the kick drum. Make a beat from that midi.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he did. But I think at the moment his drums are too clean and tight, I feel like he focuses on sample selection rather than processing his drums with fx, but that’s just my guess 🤷
