a glitch in fall guys means when you did the level the way the creator did not expect you to do for example skipping to the end of the level. Go to this timecode 00 minutes 24 seconds and see the glitch

In time attack there was this respawning glitch that you can see in track attack it alos apparebtly works where you grab the ledge of the checkpoint and just before you touch the checkpoint you reset so whenever you died you will spawn there
