Riot doesn't really care if you flame 1 game, they care if you're a cerial flamer, so 9 reports in 1 game means less to them than 2 reports in 2 games.

kraken draven is the most troll build there is. There's just no worse build. Duskblade isn't good and is VERY situational but Shieldbow is just the go to. Kraken does no dammage to compesate for the lack of mobility. Third auto is improved by 130??? Just ass. A 300-750 shield is just way better since you get 25 ad on top of it to have a burst of survivability. It's just better to go shieldbow. U need flash in late or u get flashed on. SO when its 4m left that shield kinda helpfull.

Like there used to be Eclipse at the counter side of Shieldbow for 10/0 games in wich you only die for errors but it got nerfed so bad that I don't use anymore. ALOT of otp draven go essence reaver, into eclipse, into rapid or collector than ie. The build path is even worse than pre-season 11. At least I went lethality, manamune and some odd stuff from time to time.

About his items... challenger players are almost all challenger because they're good at a macro level and they have good mechanics. Almost none of them actually know why they build the items they do - so the most taken items aren't necessarily the best. They rely on the more logical theory-crafting players like Sneaky/LS/Anyone Chinese to come up with new builds. There's a league saying that basically goes like " the Chinese innovate, the Koreans authenticate, the Americans replicate."It's why you'll find every single really weird bot lane or boosting strat ever discovered comes out of China. I know it sounds kind of racist, but it's not, it just reflects how all 3 societies are. And I didn't mention EU because they can't read this anyway.
