Hi Denzel, Another Great one here! I've noticed that I start out with Great intentions on staying silent but after a few hours I start looking at my phone checking to see if I have a text or missed call and then the fear comes into play. "Maybe I'm not being missed! I've tried a couple times and each time I end up texting the person and feeling so frustrated with myself. I need to do this for myself and I so appreciate all of your video's. I WILL GET STRONG ENOUGH to do this and Let Go! Thank You! ❤❤
