This is a wonderful tutorial. Such specialised tutorials are best reserved for students and scholars directly working on the instrument, perhaps behind a university log in. General public will still enjoy learning about sputtering, but they really do not need a detailed step-by-step, for a variety of reasons.

When you let Ar gas in, the pressure inside the chamber is increasing not decreasing!
