The video needs to incorporate voice instruction too. When it shows to tuck the upper seat cover behind, someone should tell you to make sure you flip the velcro to face down. This is very difficult to do. I finally took it off and tried it again. The side flaps did not cooperate....I'll have to figure this out. I used a pickleball paddle to push the seat cover under....and I have small fingers.
