Once you pay customs at checkout you won’t have to pay anything further and yes your order will be delivered to your physical address provided that you selected EXPRESS international shipping ( DO NOT use free standard shipping even if you qualify for it ).

I bought a hoodie on the 14th of December last year using standard shipping and I haven’t received it my order is stuck at Germany. Am I gonna get it ? 😭😭

@@ntlakusomkhantshwa6305 considering there were holidays in December I’d say wait a bit then but if it has already been 30 days since the package was dispatched then report it to Fashion Nova as missing in transit so that you can at least get your refund . This is exactly why I always opt for express international shipping as opposed to free standard shipping . Hope this helps

Hi babe , as explained in the video fashion Nova parcels take about 7 days to reach South Africa, depending on how soon you pay the custom fees it then takes about 10 days for the courier to deliver to your home address❤️
