i would recommend you to tell the reader why you are the best candidate for this program. you can answer following questions: - Why have you chosen to apply to this programme? - Why did you apply to study in Hungary? - What do you expect to gain from your studies? - Why does your background make you a suitable candidate? - How will the programme help you achieve your goals? - How does your proposed study relate to a particular development challenge or need at the global, national, and/or local level? - How will you apply your new skills and qualifications in the future? - What challenges would you expect to encounter while studying in a foreign country, and how could you prepare for these challenges?

WAS! At the very first stage, the sending partner (which is HEC in your case) nominates you, therein after University and at the end TPF (Tempus Public Foundation) finalizes awardees. THING TO REMEMBER: The most critical stage is the nomination through HEC.

If you haven't appeared in HAT. It's fine, no worries. You still have a last chance to appear in the beginning of Feb 2025. Registration is open on ETC portal through link: etc.hec.gov.pk/#/webpage

In most cases 2 referees are recommended. You must double check the requirements which are mentioned by the prospective university.

The motivation which you are supposed to write down in the application, try to generalize it and add a couple of sentences about both courses. But still you have a chance to upload a separate motivation letter each in .docx or .pdf format in the document section 😊
