Hello sir Please there is quite a misunderstanding in the essay word count vs the character count. It was stated that a minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 350 words should be written. However, the box character count of 2000 is confusing. In my case, after writing exactly 250 words, the 2000-character answer box rejected it. After reducing it to fit the 2000 characters, it was less than 250 words which is still against the initial instruction. I might not be the only applicant facing this challenge, and I think a clarification would help us. Thank you.
