In MDG backend, it's a must to create. In Transaction system, it's optional. So can be created later.

@@prabhanshuvvce We can create enhancement as we are doing from screen. You don't need to do any other step from SE80. But in case you are not able to reach to this screen in you development system, you can do it from SE80. First you need to make a note of FPM application and configuration name in technical settings, by opening this screen and right-click on UIBB. Then in your dev system, go to SE80 select Wbdynpro application and search for corresponding config. Double click on config and go to display configurator button on top.
