Bro Can you let me know for 60 ft Length and 40 ft width to construct a house with Ground till 1st Floor and in future planning to expand the floor till 4 floors. How many pillars required for footing what would be the gap between each pillar Ground Floor is utilized only 40% consisting of 1 BHK remaining it's gonna be Parking Area and 1st Floor is utilized 100% consisting of 3 BHK
