If the detoid muscle is less. What should i do?? If the needle reach into the bone

You should not go past the muscle. The entire needle does not need to be inserted. You can choose a shorter needle or don't go in all the way. Hitting the bone hurts.

Interesting. Why don’t you aspirate when you do IM injection? I thought you have to make sure that the medication doesn’t get into your blood vessel which can be very dangerous.

That is no longer in practice, for many years now. It was found to cause more pain.

Hi the video skipped where you withdrew med from vial. Did you put in air? Why skipped

I think I tried to edit it to make it more up to date. According to the book and many manufacturers, you only have to withdraw air when using a multidose vial.
