After spending about more than a day finally I am able to run Laravel Welcome page. I stuck just because of antivirus, after Uninstall of antivirus(its okay for me sir, not an issue) its running perfectly :-). Till now I have practice 5 times without video help . first lec is very clear. Now waiting for 2nd video of laravel. sir, all going well at last stuck at Local Development Server, When I write the command php artisan serve in cmd with correct file path, it's showing Local Development Server is starting and it goes for long time, around 2 hours but did not started and I could not use other commands and unable to work.
