English language bridging program and it’s for those who need to improve their English. So decide on what is in your case. You are automatically considered for the scholarship when you apply. Which country are you from?

From your name, I am assuming you are Ghanaian, they now require Ghanaians to apply using an agent. And yes you can use that as a work history. You will need to explain that well. All the best Maame

You can use an English proficiency result gotten from your previous university.

He means a letter from your previous university

If you are a native English speaker, you do not need IELTS. As the others said, you can ask your previous university to write a letter for you proving that you studied in English
