UPDATE: MAC DRIVER HAS BEEN UPDATED, YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE OLD DRIVER IN LINK FOR IT TO WORK. Installed on OS Mojave I have not updated or tested anything on Catalina.

Hi ERIC. Thank you so much for doing this! I ordered this printer following your recommendation and set it up with you. When I turned the printer on the lights flickered and then went out. I figured that’s fine even if they’re not illuminating I’ll continue. It seemed to calibrate with no problem and I followed your video up to the point where I add a printer in my settings. It doesn’t seem to recognize the new label printer. I powered off and on to make sure it hadn’t died-and the same thing happened with the lights and it still isn’t recognized. I keep thinking it’s dead, and then a light will flicker- I don’t think this is a good sign. Unless you have any further suggestions, I’ll exchange and try again. I’ll wait for a few days to see if you have any ideas first. Thanks again, Leslie

I have to add to this comment. Because as soon as I picked it up to pull the cord out the light started flashing and then stayed on solid! I went back to try and select the printer with the plus button and It worked! Now to print a test…!

For some reason my label wont print out right. Either i have to make it really small by making custom size 50..but it comes out really small..or if I just hit normal print it prints onto 2 labels 🤷🏾‍♂️

worked for me, I using ibm. But my wife took out the paper for some reason. I re calibrated it. Now it will not print. I re checked the settings. Not sure whats going on. We have had it about 2 months maybe printed 75 labels

My printer is pushing the labels through but not printing anything on them. It used to work and now it has stopped. Any thoughts? I tried to clean off the inside of the label maker with rubbing alcohol but it still just comes out completely blank every time.

Labels are not upside down? Other than that Sadly I don't know. I haven't had a problem like this yet. If it's fairly new try to return it for a replacement, or if it's less than a year old they have a warranty for replacement. Hopefully that helps🙏

thecollegepicker I follow arkscan set up video downloaded the software and I print a sample label it is perfect but than I go the labels I have on my files they are not fit either small or too big I set as 4x6 tried margins etc but still I see some people do like pdf resize but idk 😐

Make sure the labels are loaded, turn printer off. Hold front button and turn printer on while still holding front button.

Having an issue with this, the printer seems to skip a label and so I'm having heaps of waste as it doesn't print continously but instead misses a label in between. Sorry to hear that, I would calibrate the printer and make sure the settings on the computer are matched to the same size label that's in the printer, that may help.

This won’t work on the newer MacBooks. I downloaded from the video and the file was deemed corrupt. Then I went straight to the host website and it was also deemed corrupt.

You don't want the one from their site, they updated it and it doesn't work anymore. I have the driver in the description. I show the unidentified developer prompt in the video at 5:00 that's normal with any Mac stuff not made by apple.

Surprise! I buy the same one but it never really work. I did step by step but when you press print it just make a sound like almost the same one when is calibration but never actually print. Weird, I send it back and buy a Zebra.

Try turning the printer on and off or resetting the computer and it should be recognized. Make sure to use the updated driver in the description.

2 Things. 1. I'm a dumb ass and had the labels upside down so nothing was printing (wear your glasses) 2. Printing from pirate ship my labels come out grainy and bar lines are not crisp. Any Help is appreciated. 3. Anybody buy a thermal because of Pure Hustle Podcast?

I went to the munbyn website, selected their gray 4x6 printer, and scrolled down to find that they have a Mac driver now. u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZBfhN7Zy6sO1Eed6fbFW8gq74Xj0jWrbyEk is the direct link to the printer driver for Mac systems. www.munbyn.com/products/munbyn-itpp941-thermal-label-printer-4-6-printer is where I found this link.
