@@Vaishnavi.999 That is entirely up to you. I normally do at least 3 rounds of this sequence daily. I do the sequence more slowly so that my body really feels the benefit of these stretches so it does take me longer than you see in this video but it is just a question if preference. i do little rapid surya namaskars which is similar to cardio...i sweat alot...i do 21 every morning...my body is now lean n i noticed hair growth...not only on head also on my hands..i am never going to stop

Pls can u do a simple workout for ppl with fibromyalgia or similar conditions? I find exercise hard but I did simple yoga for ppl with pain in Kerala. It was free and brilliant but now I’m back home I’ve forgotten the parts that made up the work out. The yoga doctor changed it up. It was 45 min long.

I had my knee surgery twice,three years ago. I started surya namaskar six months ago but had a severe pain on my knees.hence, I stopped assuming it might worsen my knees. I love to do this aasana. Is there any possibility I can restart it again? Thank you.

After the left leg has moved fwd, the next step is the inverted V or mountain, not the plank or push up. Next will be the plank. Anyways like the quality of the video and your style and flexibility! :)

NAMASTE and thank you! I have a question, please: must I do any "warm up" , even if just gently, before the Surya Namaskar or does it aready work as a warm up? I believe if one does it 3 consecutive times it brings a wonderful and complete mix of benefits, if you don't have that much time. Thank you again!

We usually can do Surya namaskar as warm up exercise, as it is done in many repetitions continuously and it's exhausting to do so.. You can do it in sets of 3 or 5 too..

I have tried so much videos to do suryanamaskar in a proper way. All of those videos suggested all the benefits from it and then comes to do it , it was not in a proper way to describe. But u re amazing brief and to the point ❤️well done keep going
