Brutal re-watching the CAN vs US footage - the goals after halftime were all fair, not a result of the pitch. But the first-half goal? That back pass was 100% slowed in its tracks. So if conditions were alright, Canada would've won 2-1. And our admittedly atrocious penalties would've never had to occur.

I have to be honest here: I am not that impressed with the coaching staff and strategies or lack thereof. I know in my heart that Canadian players in this squad are superior to the Americans. With the right guidance they can be equal to Spain and England. Can someone explain to me why Cloe Lacasse and Evelyne Viens don't play from the start?
