Hi yes. Kuwait is a different country. So even if it's for a day, you need a visa depending on what passport you are holding.

@@markdsouza2145 Hi yes.. you will need visa for coming to Dubai and another visa to travel to Kuwait. For both you have to apply for evisa. You can check evisa.moi.gov.kw/evisa/home_e.do and apply here for Kuwait visa. If you eant you can even contact www.akbartravels.com/visa/kuwait-visa These guys are very affordable and prompt in response
