You can dance a beautiful, dynamic step aerobic choreography with Asja and Sebastian in easy to medium level. Every progression is repeated until you can safely follow. Also the combination of the parts are shown in the video and so nothing stands in the way of dancing along at home. A warm-up and a short stretching unit will complete the course.
