Honestly, Klay's season wasn't all that bad statistically, he just doesn't have the legs that he used to. He needs to play 20 minutes off of the bench. Keep him fresh. He isn't a starter anymore.

Comments like these are from people that dont know Draymond is the second most important piece of the entire dynasty. He was the 3rd best player in every single finals victory. He anchored the defense of the dynasty. You'd need a high iq, versatile defensive big to replace him. Name someone like that, who is available. Maybe Giannis or Embiid when they lose this year, but the Warriors have to cut a lot of fat this off season. The cost of replacing Draymond may be too high.

I think Klay got thrown under the bus by coaching blunders and Draymond's voluntary antics. Kerr should've benched Klay a long time ago (along with a bunch of other failures), which would've enhanced Klay's performance and boosted his confidence, instead of tanking it. The difference between Draymond and Klay's down seasons is that Klay had a mental block that he wanted to overcome, but couldn't. Draymond was choosing of his own volition to be a ****head the entire season. Overall, I put most of the blame on Kerr and then Draymond. Realistically, you could probably blame Draymond for every missed championship after decking Jordan Poole in the face.
