Combining his points and assists, Steph was responsible for 63 of his teams 100+ points. There was, quite literally, nothing else he could do for this team. EDIT: A lot of people are taking this the wrong way. Steph isn't the only person who's done this, as MANY of you have pointed out, but I don't want to see anyone acting like Steph didn't come through for the Warriors. The narrative has always been "Steph isn't there when his team needs him" well, he was. His team wasn't.

Warriors will win tomorrow night, steph is going to have a performance like he did in game 3. If Klay can make it through that game and get to those 2 days rest until game 5 in TOR, Warriors will win game 5 and wrap it up in 6 @ Oracle. The only time the Raptors play with more force is when the Warriors do not stick to principle on the defensive end and when the warriors are threatened they respond 99.9% of the time. So good luck TOR you’ll need it 😂

@@gerardosoto4041 I hear you bro. It is just hard to digest that because if Steph hadn't done that they would have lost by 30... literally. So to mitigate the 47 by calling it quiet is a bit much. Take the Red Pill it means if it was quiet, then you would be like oh yeah steph scored here and there and then you look at the stat sheet and your like wow he had 47?. But it wasn’t like that because it looked like he was scoring every point. At one point he had 39 points and the total team score was 80, I mean he had almost half of his teams points. Not to mention the 8 rebounds 7 assist 2steals, and the jump ball which he won in the 4th quarter when they went on a 7 nothing run to try and come back.

I usually don't take issue with the nonsense Skip spews...however give me a break. Steph Curry showed up to win this game, but he was the only one on the Warriors who did...he was 50% from the field and 50% from 3 before he ran out of gas at the end of the 4th quarter, Steph was hustling for loose balls, winning a crucial tip off and going for steals. No one else on the Warriors could buy a bucket. Oh, and I grew up an MJ fan but Skip needs to get a grip, Jordan NEVER won a championship without Scottie Pippen. One great player can't carry an entire team to a championship, in fact I don't know any team who won an NBA title that didn't have multiple all-stars/hall of famers on their roster.

Well in Kobe's first 3 peat he wasn't the best player on the Lakers, it was Shaq's team at that time...skip forward to the back to back championships in 2009 and 2010. He had Pau Gasol, a former ROY and 6 time all-star, Ron Artest/Metta World Peace a former DPOY and all-star, and Lamar Odom was a 6th Man of the Year award winner...then there were a bunch of good role players like Derek Fisher, Trevor Ariza, Andrew Bynum and Luke Walton. Dirk in 2011 had a ton of talent on his championship team, including another hall of famer in Jason Kidd. There was Peja Stojakovic a 3 time all-star, Caron Butler a 2 time all-star, Tyson Chandler was DPOY and an all-star, Shawn Marion was a 4 time all-star, and Jason Terry was the 6th Man of the Year. In both of the above cases, neither had their rosters decimated by injuries in the finals. Bottom line, Skip every show talks about how MJ carried the Bulls alone to their 6 titles...that is a bunch of BS, I grew up watching the Bulls...but as great as Jordan was, he NEVER did it alone. Basketball is a team game, and even the greatest players can't do it by themselves. Back to these finals and the Warriors, Steph played his heart out in Game 3 but he didn't have a reliable #2 scoring option with both Klay and KD out, Draymond is a good player but he's not a reliable scorer...the way he plays and his role on the team reminds me of Horace Grant or Dennis Rodman.

Curry will be Mt Rushmore. Turned around a franchise and led his team to 5 straight finals. 3 rings. Revolutionized the game. Great numbers in playoffs and regular season to back it up. Impacts the floor/game like no other. Has a skill set that no other player in history has. Only Unanimous MVP. 73 win team. No one has his resume.

Jordan Franklin That will be the case if he got drafted, turned around the franchise, lead them to multiple Finals, and win. But no, he became relevant after the Warrior's system is established. So technically, the whole GSW roster has this resume. Of course he is the greatest shooter of all time, the unanimous MVP and one of the biggest offensive threat. But is he the only sole reason why the Warriors have this efficiency? The whole GSW revolutionized the game, not just Curry.

@@ronaldinho031003 The coaching staff is literally on record saying that Steph changed the culture and the system. It's why they are a sub 50 win team (record with 3 other all stars playing without him). He was drafted and turned around the franchise. The Warriors system only exists because of his spacing and gravity to enable 4 on 3 basketball. Do you understand that part? He is trapped at half court. That's the Warriors system, allow other players to beat you. Pippen has Jordan's resume as well.

Did you see anyone other than Steph score? Because if you blinked you could have missed it. My god kyle Lowry played outstandingly. Gasol played well.
