When i was a kid i thought she chucked her over, but how could she do that with one arm? Steph put her arm out to grab her, Shelly backed away in fear, and fell in. Shelly was careless. But mind you Steph could've let an officer know that she fell overboard. Ah well she's fish food now i suppose.
