I love jjajang myeon and I had it in Incheon china town too and was pretty disappointed, I feel like just a local place outside of China town does it better maybe it's because it's closer to the original in China town. You should also try it with tangsuyuk

Oh wow! I visited Songdo few years ago and loved it there. It is a great city for foreigners to live. Majority of the residents there spoke English which was very surprising at first… but then they were foreigners…

We loved our stay at Inspire in late March and got a great couple nights of sleep and the digital displays were beyond expectations (wish Hayes had a chance to see the meteor shower to ocean animal show). However, we by far preferred the "regular" Korean neighborhoods and AirBnb stays. I appreciate how you've shown so many different experiences in this road tour, especially the idea of camping rentals! Definitely looking towards renting a car and exploring on our next trip based on your recommendations. Keep these fantastic videos coming! Oh, and Chinatown jjajangmyeon was 너무 맛있요! Try dipping the white onion pieces in the sauce and with tangsuyuk on the side.

So futuristic! Love progressive cities, always fun stuff all around. Those noodles looked very savory. That and a cold drink! Hays having the best time. Hahah the food reviewer 😂 btw filming my AMA Today. Any advice? I am going to do it around town. It does kind of look like Coney Island. Great video! What an amazing series! I learned so much about Korea!

Songdo new city is huge and beautiful literally but not a good place to move around without your car. There should be shuttle bus bringing peoples more conveniently

Some corrections - Songdo is not 6 square km. It is a district in Incheon and is part of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ). The city covers about 53 square kilometres and has a population of around 170,000 people.

‎Just as ramen has its origins in China but is recognized as a Japanese dish, Koreans consider Jajangmyeon a Korean dish. Jajangmyeon, like gimbap, is full of childhood memories and is a food that only exists in Korea.

When Koreans want to eat Jjajangmyeon, they often say, "Shall we go to a Chinese restaurant?" While a Chinese restaurant doesn’t necessarily mean a place that sells authentic Chinese food, many people don’t realize that Jjajangmyeon, created by Chinese immigrants living in Korea, is different from the original Chinese Zhajiangmian.

I've been living in Songdo for a year now. We really need something like a tram for getting around within the city. If we had that, Songdo would flourish on its own. I'm excited to see how Songdo will look in 10 years

Jajangmyeon is almost Korean food, not Chinese food. So, the original taste of Jajangmyeon is best enjoyed in a regular neighborhood, not in Chinatown. Jajangmyeon in Chinatown is a place that Koreans go to if they want to experience a difference from the Jajangmyeon they usually eat.

Yes because you’re not allowed. You need to go to North Korea for that.

Although Jjajang-Myun is technically a Chinese food, it is as Koreanized as General Tso's Chicken is American. It's not found in China, though.

Incheon is one of the worst-off cities in Korea. So there are a lot of underdeveloped areas and it is complicated. But the advantage is that housing prices are relatively low. So there are many foreign workers who came to Korea to work. It is a city that is likely to develop a lot in the future because it is not relatively far from Seoul and Incheon International Airport.

why didn't you visit Seoul worldcup stadium?? Last weekend Heung-min Son's Tottenham vs Minjae Kim's Bayern Muchen match opened at Seoul worldcup stadium. It was a big festival. Twice and New Jeans of K-pop joined at Heung-min Son's Tottenham vs Minjae Kim's Bayern Muchen match. You also missed it. OMG

Song-do is big plan of Incheon but it is make huge debt and that big plan change to reasonable plan. Original Song-do plan is almost Dubai or Hong-kong

Korean jjajangmien is sweeter than its chinese predecessor and that might make it less meal-like from american culinary standard

It's kinda like a foreigner coming to America and the American saying "you never had a Bic Mac?" So you have this high expectation of this burger but when you eat it, it's like "not bad for $8 but not the greatest" Yeah, that's how Jjajangmyeon is... because Koreans have grown up eating it since they were kids, it's one of our comfort foods... along with tteokbokki of course

As a Korean American who has lived in both countries for more than a decade each, i’d say jjm is more analogous to innout or something “better” than a big mac. I don’t think I’ve ever had a big mac.

You’re right. The biggest mistake the planners of Song-do made is they put in huge car lanes instead of subways.

There is a reason every huge car lanes are for military reason. Roads should be enough big so that tanks can pass furthermore enough long and huge for aircraft for emergency landing don’t forget South Korea has enemy
