Not the whole song, but in the original there's a key change at "I would move the mountains..." that isn't present here, it just goes to the original key from before. The key change happens pretty suddenly at "I am ready" instead, which makes it a little confusing.

Music teacher here. I hate to have to tell you this, but the chords for the second chorus (starting after "Open your eyes" for the third time) are incorrect. What you have echoes the chords of the first chorus, and they are completely different here. You have "D E D E D E Fsharpminor E A Dminor" again, as it was in the first chorus, and it's supposed to be "E Fsharp E Fsharp E Fsharp Gsharp minor Fsharp B Eminor" as the pattern in the second one. (Edit: I accidentally wrote down the guitar chords that are capo'd for this, so went back and made it the actual pitches)
