As a kid I actually thought men were meaner than women because of my dad. He hit me to. I remember when I found out I was going to grow up to become a man I cried. I didn't want to become what I hated. Of course I found out not all men are assholes like my dad. Now as an adult I'm like f my dad.

Did anyone notice her father kind of looks like Throne. I guess it makes sense, he is John grandson. Maybe this is why she liked Throne less then Ridge. This scene repeats B&B's biggest problem: "This character acts this way because of their childhood." How many times did we hear this about the Logans re: their father, and especially Storm? These explanations lack any nuance and reduce people's personalities and behavior to one fairly simple motivation, rooted in their family experience.
