I don't think there's any truth to that story. It was an early '00s IWC rumor, not started by any of the boys. I personally think it was an elaborate "telephone-tell a friend-tell a wrestler" tale. Facts: Randy dated Gorgeous George, Randy wanted a threesome w/ George and her 17yr old (at the time) sister, Gorgeous George's real name is Stephanie Bellars. I think the rumor mill respun "Stephanie Bellars' underage sister" into "underage Stephanie McMahon". No wrestler (w/ any credibility) has ever confirmed this. Hogan loves airin' other peoples' dirt, and even he acted like he'd never heard it before when asked. Most wrestlers have told stories that suggest the grudge was all on Randy's end, which offended Vince cause he'd held Randy above the rest. Just my opinion.
